Unless otherwise required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable after the billing period has begun.

Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of all videos, images, media, and other content you upload to EditHunt. By using the platform, you grant EditHunt a limited, non-exclusive license to process, edit, generate, and deliver your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use EditHunt for any activity that violates applicable laws or infringes upon the rights of others.

Examples include:

• Uploading illegal, harmful, or malicious content

• Violating copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights

• Distributing malware, spam, or fraudulent content

• Attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with platform operations

• Using automated systems to abuse or overload the service

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, branding, trademarks, logos, designs, and proprietary technology associated with EditHunt remain the exclusive property of EditHunt and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of our intellectual property except where expressly stated.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in activities that may negatively affect other users or the security of the service.

Disclaimer

EditHunt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we continuously work to improve reliability and performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device or third-party service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EditHunt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform, including loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits.
